Ella Benward is from Los Angeles California. She is currently a junior Musical Theatre Major at Oklahoma City University and is a member of the OCU Pom Dance Team. OCU POM won the 2023 National Championship this year in Daytona, FL. She began taking dance classes at 3 years old at DC Dance Factory and later moved to California and continued her dance training at Millennium Dance Complex and Playground. Ella has performed with Olivia Holt and Jordan Fisher as background dancers. Besides competing on the national stage representing OCU Pom/Dance Team, Ella’s favorite performance to date occurred this last semester when she played the role of Margot in Legally Blonde at Oklahoma City University.
